Established in 1989, Acorex Wine Holding has always had a pioneering spirit. Over the past eighteen years, Acorex Wine Holding has become a recognized leader in the production of high class wines and has invested heavily in vineyards, technology and professional expertise from many countries, including Italy, New Zealand, France, UK, and Ireland. The winery currently has 3.000 hectares of vineyards in Moldova producing high quality international varietal wines from 100% hand-picked fruit. It maintains the highest of standards in its vineyards and is the only Moldovan wine producer to have been granted Organic Certification by SGS. In 2007 the Food Safety Management System of Acorex Wine Holding received ISO 22000—2005 certification — further evidence of the winery’s commitment to high standards in its wine production.
