Founded in 1998, DK-Intertrade is a part of Dionis Club, a Russian-owned holding company, which now owns Auvin Winery, a modern state-of-the-art facility in the southern Vulcăneşti region of Moldova, and Nis-Struguras, a sparkling wine facility in the city of Nisporeni, located in the center of the country.

At present the enterprise cultivates over 2000 ha of vineyards including varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay and other V. vinifera varieties with an average of 4,000—5,000 vines per hectare. The winery exports to nineteen countries including USA, Israel, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, etc, and supplies one-fifth of the import quota for Moldovan wines in Great Britain. You can find their wines in Waitrose supermarkets and in twenty-five restaurants in London.
